The City of Roswell turns the whole East Roswell Recreation Center into a free Halloween festival for children 8 and younger on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Activities run indoors and outdoors: face painting, magic shows, arts and crafts, inflatables, games and safe trick-or-treating. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged. It is a good fit for toddlers through second graders who want a calm, non-scary Halloween evening close to home.
