About this adventure

On three Wednesday afternoons in December, Santa reads holiday stories to small groups of children inside the Barnes & Noble at Avenue East Cobb. Each 45-minute session includes the story time and a visit with Santa, and kids can work on their wish lists and enjoy sweet treats; every ticket also comes with a free hot chocolate at Smallcakes in the center. Sessions start at 3, 4 and 5 p.m. on December 2 and 9 and at 3 p.m. on December 16, and the organizers recommend the program for children ages 3 to 7. Tickets are sold per child through the center's ticketing link, and all ticket proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity NW Metro Atlanta. Parents are welcome to take their own photos, so bring a camera or phone.
