About this adventure

Chabad Intown and Ponce City Market hold a traditional Chanukah menorah lighting ceremony at the market on a Thursday evening of the holiday. Along with the lighting, the evening has music, entertainment, dreidels, doughnuts and hot latkes, plus crafts for the kids, so it works as a short family outing after school or work. It is one of several public lightings Chabad Intown runs around intown Atlanta during Chanukah, alongside Decatur Square and Virginia-Highland, and the organizer bills each lighting as a celebration for all ages with live music and a festive crowd. Admission is free, but Chabad Intown asks guests to RSVP on its website so it can plan for the number of people coming. Ponce City Market's shops and food hall are open around the event if you want to make an evening of it.
