Sandy Springs' annual holiday celebration fills the City Springs District on Sunday, December 6, 2026. The award-winning nighttime Sparkle Parade brings floats, marching bands and dancers lit with holiday lights, and it ends with the lighting of the Christmas tree and the menorah on City Green. Before the parade there is ice skating with live holiday music, and families can stroll the festive village of glowing cottages, larger-than-life inflatables and a food and gift market. The tree stays lit until New Year's Day and the menorah is lit each night of Hanukkah. Parade route and viewing areas are posted on the city's Sparkle page.
