Work off Thanksgiving dinner with a 5K run on the scenic trails of Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary's River Farm property in southern Anne Arundel County. The course is entirely off-road with single-track sections, and run times are not recorded, which keeps the mood relaxed and makes it approachable for teens and families who run together.
