Read event page https://ccpl.librarymarket.com/event/merry-tubachristmas-314285 (saved HTML) and the LibraryMarket events JSON feed. Branch address from the Google Maps link on the event page. Age groups on page: Everyone, All Ages. Description says the outdoor concert is "in the park"; the page lists Westminster Branch as the location and does not name the park.
