About this adventure

On select Saturday afternoons the Art Complex Museum in Duxbury opens its Judah Alden Studio for Art Cart, a free drop-by session of hands-on art-making inspired by what is on view in the galleries. It is designed for families to get creative together: all ages are welcome and no art experience is needed. The remaining fall and winter dates are Saturday, November 14 and Saturday, December 12, when the session takes a winter theme as A Winter Crafternoon. Each session runs from 1 to 3 pm, and the museum asks families to register for the date they plan to attend through Eventbrite. Admission to the museum's exhibitions is free, so families can pair the studio time with a walk through the galleries or the sculpture on the grounds.
