Celebrate Día de los Muertos at the Central Library in Copley Square with a story followed by a hands-on papel picado workshop, where kids cut colorful traditional paper banners to take home. The program takes place in the Children's Library's Rey Room on Saturday, October 31, 3:30 to 4:15 pm, and is designed for ages 4 to 12. It is a calm, crafty alternative on Halloween afternoon and a good introduction to the holiday's traditions for families who are new to them.
