A family festival at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary in Sharon with short programs on animal tracking, winter weather science and how animals adapt to the cold. Most of the morning is spent on the trails (uneven; no session covers more than 1 mile), followed by an indoor art-making activity. Meet at the Nature Center. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout; children 4 and under are free. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes since trails may be wet or slippery in December.
