Little Groove hosts a Halloween music-and-movement concert outdoors in the South End Library Park next to the South End Branch of the Boston Public Library. Expect a half hour of singing, dancing and costume-friendly fun for preschoolers; caretakers, nannies and preschool classes are all welcome. Costumes are a natural fit the day before Halloween. The concert runs 10:30 to 11:00 am on Friday, October 30. Because it is outdoors in the park, dress for the weather.
