Organizer

Warrior Ice Arena

Warrior Ice Arena in Brighton, the Boston Bruins' official practice facility, runs public skating sessions that welcome skaters of every age and level, from confident skaters working on spins to beginners holding the boards. Pre-registration is encouraged and guarantees a spot when a session is capped; walk-ins pay the same rate. Skate rentals and skate sharpening are on site (rentals on Level 2). Helmets are recommended but not required. The rink rules ban carrying children on the ice, speed skating, games, jumping or spinning and misuse of skating aids, so plan for toddlers to skate on their own feet or with a skating aid. Families who skate often can buy a 10-visit pass ($150) or a household season pass (family of up to 4 for $500, rentals included). On Friday nights at 9 pm the arena runs a DJ 'Rock n Skate' with themed nights, including Holiday Music on December 18. Freestyle sessions are for figure skaters only and are not open to public skaters.
