A 30-minute science talk for curious kids 10 and up and their families at the Harvard Museum of Natural History in Cambridge, part of the museum's Science Spotlights series introducing up-and-coming researchers. Aleezah Madraswalla, a research assistant at the Allard Lab at Harvard Medical School, explains how some animals have evolved real-life 'superpowers': sea robins that walk along the seafloor on leg-like fins and sea slugs that steal abilities from their prey, and how these adaptations help them survive. There is time for questions. The talk is in Classroom B on the third floor from 2 to 2:30pm and regular museum admission applies, so it pairs well with a visit to the galleries.
