Powisset Farm's cooking class for teens 12 to 16 puts one dish to the test each session in the farm kitchen in Dover. On October 27 teens learn to make pie from scratch, from a flaky crust to a seasonal filling, and leave with their own pie; later sessions cover Korean food (November 3) and potatoes (December 1). Ingredients come from the farm whenever possible, and teens take home recipes to repeat. Each 90-minute after-school class is drop-off and requires pre-registration.
