About this adventure

Mountain Island Library is offering free family photo sessions on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 18, 2026, just in time for holiday cards. Families register online for a spot and choose between two backdrop themes, Winter Holidays or Fall; after you sign up, library staff contact you with the details of your session. Sessions run between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. at the branch on Hoyt Galvin Way in northwest Charlotte, and the library lists the event for everyone from babies and toddlers to preteens and their parents, so the whole family can be in the picture. Places are limited, so register early.
