About this adventure

Rowan Public Library's East branch in Rockwell hosts the first of its Shimmer and Shine holiday storytimes on Monday evening, November 30, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Shimmer and Shine kick off the season with songs, stories and laughs, and there is a craft for the children. The session is aimed at school-age kids, with all ages welcome, so it works for a family with a kindergartner and an older sibling. Children 8 and under need a caregiver of at least 16 with them throughout. Entry is free and the calendar does not ask for registration. For questions, call the library at 980-432-8670. Families in the south and west of the county can catch the same storytime at the China Grove branch (December 7) or the Cleveland branch (December 5).
