ImaginOn's Teen Loft hosts a Halloween-afternoon party just for teens ages 12 to 18. From 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. teens can come in costume and enter the costume contest, go head to head in Halloween-themed trivia, make spooky crafts, or just hang out and watch a classic Halloween movie in the loft. It is a free library program run by Charlotte Mecklenburg Library at the ImaginOn building uptown. Parking in the deck below ImaginOn is run by Preferred Parking, not the library; it is free and validated for the first two hours, with a fee for each half hour after that.
