The Grinch drops in on the Skatium's Sunday afternoon public skate on December 6, 2026, from 2 to 3:15 p.m. It is a winter-themed version of the regular weekend session at Skokie's indoor rink, so children skate with the Grinch on the ice. No reservation is needed: pay at the skate rental desk when you arrive. Admission is $7 and skate rental $4; season passes are not accepted for this themed skate. It suits families with children who can manage a 75-minute session on public ice; beginners can stay close to the boards. Questions go to the Skatium office.
