About this adventure

On listed evenings inside the Fantasy of Lights drive-through, Mrs. Claus takes children's letters to Santa and also collects unwrapped toys, coats, and hats for Delaware County toy banks. The show's elves scan each letter and email a copy back, so the letter has to include a legible email address. Letters are not mailed back. Envelopes do not need to be sealed. The return message comes from santamail@butchbandosfantasyoflights.com, and the page says to check spam. A printable letter template is linked from the FAQ. The same FAQ says guests cannot stop or get out of the vehicle anywhere in the show, and it also says Mrs. Claus is in the show taking letters. Santa himself is not at the display, and the former Santa's House remains closed. This visit only happens on the evenings named on the FAQ, not every night the lights are on.
