A Saturday children's matinee of the full-dome documentary Dynamic Earth, projected on the dome of the University of North Texas Sky Theater in Denton. Narrated by Liam Neeson, the film follows energy from the Sun through Earth's climate system: the atmosphere, oceans and living things. It is built from satellite data and supercomputer simulations, so audiences ride ocean and wind currents, fly into a hurricane and over volcanoes, and meet sharks and whales up close. The showing runs from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on the last Saturdays of the run, October 24 and October 31, 2026. Tickets are $5 per person for all ages. It suits school-age children curious about weather and climate, and families looking for an indoor science outing in Denton.
