CultureMap, in partnership with Downtown Dallas, Inc.

A seasonal outdoor ice rink set up in Main Street Garden in the middle of downtown Dallas for the 2026-27 holidays, produced by CultureMap with Downtown Dallas, Inc. Each ticket is for a chosen date and time and gives 75 minutes on the ice, counted from check-in, with rental skates included. Rental sizes run from toddler 8 to adult 15, and the rink keeps double-runner skates for very young children. There is no minimum age, but children under 12 must skate with an adult, children who cannot yet walk may not skate, and nobody may be carried on the ice. Non-skating parents can watch from a viewing area. Every skater needs an electronic waiver (a parent signs for minors). The rink is cashless, skates in light rain, and emails ticket holders a reschedule option if heavy weather closes it. Bargain days: half-price Cheap Skate Mondays (Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14) and Two-for-One Tuesdays (Dec 1, 8, 15). A rinkside cafe from 1920 Rodeo Cafe serves food. DART bus and light rail stops are a short walk away; street meters are often free after 6 pm and on weekends.
