Heritage Farmstead Museum

Heritage Farmstead Museum's Little Farmer Friday is a morning program for preschoolers (best for ages 2 to 5) and their grown-ups. The fall harvest edition is Friday, October 23, 2026. Children ride a wagon around the historic 4-acre farm, make a fall craft to take home, hear a story, meet the farm animals and try milking Buttermilk, the mechanical cow. Gates open at 10 a.m., activities run until noon, and the grounds close at 2 p.m., so bring a lunch or snack to eat on the farm. The listing gives tickets as $6.77 for adults (12 and up), $17.01 for children 2–11 and $8.82 for toddlers 13–23 months, and babies 12 months and younger are free. These sessions often sell out and there are no tickets at the door. Tickets can't be refunded or transferred.
