About this adventure
For little ones who won't make it to midnight, Haltom City Public Library counts down to noon instead. The party includes a craft, light snacks and party blowers, and finishes with a countdown and balloon drop right at 12 noon — so arrive on time if your child wants to see the balloons fall. The program lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes and is aimed at young children with their grown-ups.
