Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI) holds the 8th annual Trick or Treat on Downtown Streets, in partnership with H-E-B, on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m., based at Main Street Garden Park, 1920 Main Street. Children are invited to dress up in their scariest or silliest costumes for an evening of treats and Halloween fun in the heart of downtown, and the listing says the evening is followed by a Día de los Muertos parade on Commerce Street. Entry is free; DDI collects sign-ups on an Eventbrite page. Sponsors are H-E-B, Central Market and Jo V's Smart Shop.
