Commerce City's annual tree lighting at the Civic Center is an evening of holiday music, free treats, family activities, giveaways and crafts. The city lists carolers, visits with Santa, writing letters to Santa, arts and crafts, hot chocolate, face painting and caricature artists, visits with reindeer, horse-drawn carriage rides, the Winter Wonderland Ice Rink and the Merry Market for holiday shopping. Park on the south side of the building off 60th Avenue.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser. The queued c3gov.com/Calendar.aspx is now a 404; the event page loaded in the browser. The event page says 'December 2, 5:30-8:30 p.m.' without a year; the ice rink page confirms 'Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2026 from 3 - 9 p.m.'. The 3–9 p.m. span on the rink page conflicts with 5:30–8:30 on the event page; we used the event page. The page does not say whether entry is free (only 'free treats'), so cost is unknown. Zip 80022 from the rink page.
