Upcoming dates: Wed, Nov 11 · Wed, Dec 9
An all-levels family yoga class in Butterfly Pavilion's tropical rainforest, surrounded by hundreds of free-flying butterflies. Instructor Kelsey Mueller leads children and their grown-ups through partner poses, breathing games, storytelling and nature-inspired movement: stretching like caterpillars and balancing like butterflies. Designed for families with children ages 4–10 (siblings welcome); no yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat, a towel (the floor can be wet), water and layers, since the rainforest runs 65–85 degrees. Pre-registration is required; no walk-ups. Wednesday evenings 5:30–6:30 p.m.
