About this adventure

Santa sets up at the base of the Grand Staircase inside FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield from November 6 through Christmas Eve. A visit with Santa is always free, and photo packages are available to buy for those who want pictures taken by Santa's helpers. Families can walk up or book a 15-minute arrival window online ahead of time to skip the wait; several families share each window. Booking online also brings a free personalized video message from Santa through Portable North Pole and free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the visit, and photo-package buyers get extras such as Shutterfly print discounts and a digital greeting card. Santa's hours change through the season: weekday afternoons and longer weekend hours in early November, longer days after Thanksgiving, and extended evening hours in the last two weeks before Christmas. He is not in on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. The mall also lists Pet Nights with Santa and a Santa Cares session, with dates still to be posted.
