Santa sets up in the Dining Pavilion at Colorado Mills in Lakewood from November 14 through Christmas Eve, and families can book a 15-minute arrival window online through the mall's Where Is Santa booking page or simply walk up any day until closing. Booking ahead locks in a time on busy weekends, allows free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the visit and includes a personalized video message from Santa; several families are scheduled in each 15-minute slot, so expect a short line. Hours change through the season: generally 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays and Sundays until mid-December, longer 10 am to 8 or 9 pm days on many Saturdays and in the final week before Christmas, 9 am to 5 pm on December 24, and closed on Thanksgiving Day. Photo packages are sold at the set; the mall's pages do not list prices.
