About this adventure

Children come in their comfiest pajamas, with a favorite stuffed toy and blanket, for an evening with Santa in the War Memorial's historic Alger House. Gathered by the glow of the fireplace, they listen to Santa read holiday stories, sing holiday songs and share his favorite treat of milk and cookies, and each child has a personal visit to share a wish list. An in-house photographer is on hand for professional family photos. Seatings run at 4-5 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm and 7-8 pm on two evenings, Sunday December 6 and Thursday December 10; the Sunday date also offers a sensory-friendly seating for children with special needs, arranged by email. Capacity is limited and families may buy no more than two adult tickets per child. Tickets are $25 per child and $5 per adult. Add-ons sold in advance only: a signed hardcover copy of the official 2026 book, Pick a Pine Tree ($18), and a plush Christmas tree ($15). Best for preschool and early elementary children.
