About this adventure
A small, community-minded Thanksgiving-morning race hosted by Kids 'R' Kids at Woodson's Reserve in Spring. Children 12 and under start first with the Lil' Turkeys 1K fun run at 7 a.m., followed by a 5K turkey trot at 7:30 a.m. that runners and walkers of any fitness level can join. Organizers stress that it is about showing up and moving together rather than speed, with music and a festive atmosphere before families head home for the holiday meal. Registration closes November 13, so sign up early.
