About this adventure

Sugar Land's hands-on children's museum, run by the team behind Children's Museum Houston, is built for babies through about age 10. Kids move between themed play areas such as the Kidtropolis town where they role-play grown-up jobs, a Tot*Spot for the youngest, an Art Academy studio, a Science Station, the Junktion maker space and a Paper Playground where everything is built from paper. Admission covers all activities and the museum's special event days, which follow the seasons: Halloween, Diwali, Native American Heritage Month, a Thanksgiving-week Gobbler Fest and more. From September 2026 the museum keeps shorter hours, open Wednesday to Saturday only, so plan weekday-morning or Saturday visits; groups of 10 or more children must book ahead. Buying online saves $2 per ticket.
