Galaxy Lights is Space Center Houston's space-themed holiday light show, open on select evenings from November 14, 2026 through January 3, 2027, 6 to 10 p.m. Most of the light displays are outdoors, including a dancing lightscape, and this season adds a galactic snow slide. Admission also includes the indoor exhibitions, although NASA Tram Tours and the Starship Gallery are closed during the event. Plan about 90 minutes; tickets are sold only until 9 p.m., which is the last admittance time. Prices vary by night from $19.95 to $27.95 for guests over three, and children three and younger are free. Sensory-Friendly Nights with reduced lighting and effects are offered at a discount on select dates. Dress for the weather; the evening's status is posted at 4 p.m. daily, and tickets for nights closed by severe weather can be used on another night. Popular dates sell out, so book ahead. Groups of 20 or more get discounted tickets by calling 281-283-4755.
