The City of Conroe's annual Toby Powell Christmas Celebration fills Heritage Place in downtown Conroe on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The city lists pony rides, snow slides and inflatables among the activities, along with photos with Santa, activity booths, a vendor market for holiday gifts, and food vendors selling treats and warm drinks. The Conroe Downtown Association Christmas Parade steps off at noon the same day, so families can pair the parade with an afternoon at the celebration. The city describes its community events as free; some vendor items and food are for purchase. A good full-day outing for families in Montgomery County.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Event page gives 'Saturday | Dec 12' without a year; Dec 12 is a Saturday in 2026 and the special events page calls it 'this December'. Zip code not printed. Sponsorship text says the city delivers 'free community events' but whether individual rides charge is not stated, so price left null. Parade details on downtownconroe.org (not opened).
