About this adventure
The Indiana State Museum opens its Celebration Crossing holiday area the day after Thanksgiving with Santa's annual helicopter landing. At 10:30 a.m. families gather on the front lawn with Santa's dancing elves, Tinsel Toes, to watch him arrive; then everyone heads inside for a dance party with Santa, Mrs. Claus and DJ Jolly Jason. The day brings live music, appearances by the museum's cold-loving scientist Dr. Perma Frost, a festive fashion show where kids walk the red carpet, games and activities, Santa visits and rides on the Snowfall Express train through a winter wonderland. Included with museum admission (members free), with $4 parking validation.
