About this adventure
Plainfield's sixth annual Trees of Plainfield turns the Al & Jan Barker Sports Complex into a walk-through trail of Christmas trees, each decorated to a theme by a local business, organization or family. Families also get snowball fights, fireside s'mores, food trucks and photo spots, with six free programming nights in a heated tent. The trail is open 6 to 9 p.m. on December 4-6 and December 11-13, 2026, and is free for all ages.
