About this adventure

A monthly drop-off class for homeschooled students that mixes classroom lessons, animal encounters, projects and walks through the zoo with a zoo educator. Students are grouped by age and each group follows a year-long topic for 2026–27: food chains and food webs (5–6), life sciences (7–8), plant and animal adaptations (9–10), taxonomy of vertebrates (11–12) and community science (13–16). Families register for the whole school year and attend one class a month on the same weekday and time. An early drop-off option for ages 5–12 adds 30 minutes of outdoor play and social time before class. Parents do not stay in class. As of this check, every age group except 11–12 was sold out.
