Staff lead a guided sunset walk around the ponds of the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve at dusk, when many birds are most active. Families look and listen for waterfowl and other species as the light fades, making it a calm nature outing for children who like animals. Two sessions are scheduled, on Friday November 20 and Friday December 18, each from 4 to 6 pm. Registration is required, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Bring binoculars if you have them and dress warmly for the evening.
