About this adventure
Through late November and December, Galleria at Sunset hosts local schools, choirs, carolers, musicians and dance groups in the lower-level common area in front of Kohl's. The line-up includes the Basic Academy Carolers on several evenings, the LadyLuck Singers, Sunrise Mountain High School, the Basic Academy High School Band, student recitals with the Las Vegas Music Teachers Association, Southern Nevada Homeschool Performing Arts, Dancing Starz, Dance Express and the Las Vegas Youth Saxophone Ensemble. Sets range from a half-hour to all-day recital blocks, so it is easy to fit a song or two into a shopping trip, and children can see other kids perform. The mall notes that the list may change as more performances are added.
