A hands-on holiday program at Norwalk Library for children ages 5 to 12. Kids learn how the Christmas tree tradition began and spread around the world, and how decorating has changed over time—from apples and treats on branches to colorful ornaments and lights—then make a small handheld tree to take home. It runs 5 to 6 pm on Wednesday, December 2. No registration is required, but supplies and space are limited and handed out first come, first served, so arrive a little early.
