About this adventure

Turkey Trot Los Angeles holds its 14th annual Thanksgiving morning race in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday, November 26, 2026. The event is based at Los Angeles City Hall, and the organizer describes a course past historic buildings such as Walt Disney Concert Hall that finishes at Grand Park, where a post-race festival is held. The registration page lists a 1-mile Dog Jog at 7:30 a.m., two 5K start waves at 8:00 and 8:15 a.m., a 10K at 9:00 a.m., a 5K/10K combo, and a Widdle Wobble at 10:15 a.m. Listed fees include participation and processing charges: $23.90 for the Widdle Wobble, $41.90 for the Dog Jog, $49.90 for the 5K, $54.90 for the 10K and $69.90 for the combo. Every finisher receives a medal and race T-shirt, and every person walking a dog on the Dog Jog course must be registered. Race-day packet pickup opens at 6:00 a.m.; the organizer highly recommends picking up packets in advance. The race benefits The Midnight Mission, which works with people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.
