A monthly hands-on gardening hour for families at the Children's Science Explorium in Sugar Sand Park. Each session digs into a different part of how plants and nature depend on each other: Soil Investigations (November 14), Plant Health (December 12) and Pollinators (January 9). Kids get their hands in the soil while learning the science of interdependence in an easy, practical way. Saturdays 11 a.m.–noon. Pre-registration is required and unregistered siblings cannot join. Resident $10, non-resident $12.50.
