A sensory-inclusive Family Fare morning performance at the Kravis Center's Helen K. Persson Hall on Saturday, December 5 at 10 am. Inspired by Margery Williams' The Velveteen Rabbit, the musical follows Lulu, her gran and her beloved toys after Gran gives her a velveteen rabbit like the one Lulu's mom once had; the bond between them makes the other toys jealous, and Velveteen dreams of living outside with the real rabbits he sees through the window. An uplifting story about being your authentic self. Recommended for ages 4 and up, and the sensory-inclusive format makes it a good fit for children who need a relaxed theater environment.
