Anoka Halloween's oldest tradition: local elementary school children march in costume down historic Main Street in Anoka, accompanied by marching bands. The organizer invites the community to line Main Street to celebrate the students' participation; a 2026 parade map is linked from the event page. The parade runs 1:15-2:15 PM on the Friday before the Grande Day Parade. Sponsored by Ace Solid Waste.
