About this adventure
At this Adventure Club session at the Thompson Lane Branch, children meet Irish dancers who thrive on lively footwork, compete with their teams and keep the centuries-old ceili dance form alive. After watching the dancers, brave kids can try some of the moves themselves. The free one-hour program runs from 4:30 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 18, and is for grades 1 through 6, so it suits elementary-age children who like music and movement.
