About this adventure
Madison Library's annual holiday tree lighting party on Thursday, December 3 has a simple schedule for families: from 4:30 to 6 pm children decorate a stocking with Turnip Green Creative Reuse, from 6 to 6:30 pm St. Joseph's Choir performs and Santa Claus visits, and the tree is lit at about 6:30 pm. Hot chocolate and refreshments are served. The free event suits all ages and makes an easy early-evening holiday outing on the Gallatin Pike side of town.
