About this adventure
String City is a marionette show in which an array of puppets chronicle the history of country music and how Nashville became Music City USA. It features marionettes by Nashville Public Library's Wishing Chair Productions and master puppeteer Phillip Huber, and was created in collaboration with the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where these performances take place. Shows are free and open to the public at 10 and 11:30 am on Saturday, December 5. The 60-minute show suits children of all ages and their families, and makes a good introduction to Nashville's music history.
