About this adventure

Warner Park Nature Center is the education hub of Percy and Edwin Warner Parks. Inside the small natural history museum, kids can go inside a giant tree, walk under the creek and use a touch table. Outside there is a seasonal organic garden, a teaching pond where salamanders, frogs and insects may turn up (look, don't collect), the Sandy Bivens Bird Garden of native plants, a free accessible Nature Play area for unstructured outdoor play, and bird-feeding observation areas along the Hungry Hawk trail. A StoryWalk trail is under construction; meanwhile a story is posted along the campus sidewalk.
