In the Central Library's Children's Library Discovery Center (CLDC), kids design, build and decorate a one-of-a-kind Halloween costume from a variety of materials while exploring the engineering design process — a spooky monster, glowing ghost, superhero or original character. Described as perfect for creative builders and their families.
