Two-time Grammy-nominated bassist and songwriter Divinity Roxx, known for her work with Beyoncé and Victor Wooten, brings Divi Roxx Kids to the Children's Museum of Manhattan. The family hip-hop concert mixes heavy bass grooves, funk and lyrical storytelling, and children are pulled into the action with interactive movement, rhythm games and call-and-response rhymes. The songs centre on self-worth, kindness and creativity. Two 30-minute sets run on Sunday, November 29, at 11:00 am and noon in the Inside Art space. The Children's Museum of Manhattan is designed for children ages 0–6; the program is included with museum admission (members free).
