Historic Hudson Valley's evening Halloween walk at Van Cortlandt Manor in Croton-on-Hudson. The path winds through the 18th-century landscape past more than 7,000 illuminated jack-o'-lanterns designed and hand-carved on site, with synchronized lighting and an original soundtrack. This season lists a longer path, movie-monster and storybook-character displays, life-sized dinosaurs, a Pumpkin Planetarium and a working carousel. Recommended for all ages. Tickets are advance-only timed entries (not sold on site); children 2 and under are free. Optional premium add-ons include alcohol for adults 21+.
