The Village of Mamaroneck's Turkey Trot reaches its sixtieth year in 2026, a long tradition for the village. It is held the Sunday before Thanksgiving at Harbor Island Park. Children 12 and under run the one-mile Gobbler at 9:45 a.m., then the 5K starts at 10:15 a.m., with awards at 11:30 a.m. Turkey soup is served after the race. The village Parks and Recreation department organizes the event, and registration is on RunSignup, where the kids' mile is half the price of the 5K.
